Confidentiality Statement

This organization has a written donor privacy policy which states that it will not share or sell a donor’s personal information with anyone, nor will it send donor mailings on behalf of another organization unless the donor has given the organization specific permission to do so.

This organization has a written policy which protects client data obtained in the course of determining eligibility for and continuation of services from distribution outside of the organization. All personal, financial and sensitive information shall remain confidential to the organization on a need to know basis unless written permission to share such information with other persons or agencies is secured from the client. All data collected shall be maintained in accordance with the organization’s Written Information Security Program.
